RE-search was founded by Olga Lesueur, a real estate advisor in Zurich with an extensive background in financial services, compliance and real estate.

We work exclusively for buyers and investors, providing independent research, honest market intelligence and hands-on support from first search to final signature.

Analytical rigour meets  experience

Olga holds an MSc in Real Estate from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. Before founding RE-search, she spent years in regulated financial services in Switzerland and the UK.  That background shapes how she approaches property: with in-depth due diligence, clear numbers and no conflicts of interest.

Having lived and worked in the UK, Italy, Lithuania, France and Switzerland, Olga brings both analytical depth and an international perspective to every engagement. She doesn’t just advise on markets she has studied. S
